We offer In Home or Outdoor Personal or Small Group training to fit your needs!  We bring the equipment; you bring the desire, drive and enthusiasm!  What else are you going to get? You will get ongoing support (via email, phone or text) to help you achieve your goals!  This support is important if you sabotage your goals and quit training shortly after you have started!

   

Individual In-Home Training - Central Kelowna, Rutland, Mission and Glenmore:
30 Minute Session $25 / session
1 Session (50 min) per week $43 / session
2 Sessions per week $38 / session
3 Sessions per week       $33 / session
4 Sessions per week $28 / session
Punch Pass (5 sessions) $150.00*

All sessions include monthly measurements and support

*Punch Pass Sessions booked week to week and do not guarantee an ongoing time spot

Ginger and Crew is the epitome of fun, friendly, convenient, and effective personal training! Before starting my sessions with Cher I was intimidated by the whole idea of personal training, but Cher put me at ease from day-one. She is caring and very easy to get along with, and makes you feel good about yourself at any fitness level. The workouts that she has created for me are always different, entertaining, and easy to fit into my hectic schedule. She provides helpful coaching and strong motivation at every stage, so it’s easy to stay on track! She is also an expert at working around injuries, and has been able to always provide me with a meaningful work out despite my pre-existing knee condition. To anyone who’s been thinking about starting a new fitness plan, just do it! Cher will have you seeing results and feeling great almost immediately! The only regret I have is not doing this sooner!
